```A``` *STEWARD* ```that is``` *AWARDED* ```with an award plaque by the church committee is not honoured before the angels in heaven as the``` *STEWARD* ```that is``` *REWARDED* ```by God.```

Meaning: Irrespective of the number of award plaques and accolades of *"Weldone"*  that you have in your gallery or hanging on your wall;
if you don't earnestly trust upon and crave for the reward of God, you can not be pleasing unto God. 

_It is whom God is pleased with that the Angels of God give honour_

🎯The only way you can be pleasing to God is through faith. 
🎯The only way you can be rewarded by God is through diligence coupled with the basis of faith you have.

Hebrews 11:6
